Blueberry
A fizzy, vibrant soda — add a splash of cream to make it a cream soda.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Umma's Recipe Blueberry Syrup
- 8 oz sparkling water
- 1 oz cream or half-and-half
- ice
Steps
- Fill a glass with ice and add the blueberry syrup
- top with sparkling water and stir gently
- for a cream soda, float a splash of cream on top
